The philosophy and architectural idea
- character and impact of the AMBER LOFT interior are inspired by Baltic amber, its properties, luster and 3D depth
- the interior radiates warmth, light, a sense of depth and space
- the color palette of materials and objects in the interior is based on the spectrum of amber colors
- materials and objects with high gloss are used
- the concept creates spatial depth in the perception of materials and interior objects
- amber carries elements of the past, therefore the interior breathes ‘Zeitgeist,’ the spirit of the times
- amber is natural and looks refined even without modifications. It inspired the use of only natural surfaces of materials and claddings in the interior, no imitations or coloring
- unobtrusive, warm and specifically magical atmosphere

Design and technical solutions
- the uniquely designed spiral staircase solves the complex structural-technical and layout situation of connecting high floors
- the staircase simultaneously becomes, through its design qualities, the central and defining element of the main living space
- HVAC/air conditioning vents integrated into characteristic recessed parts of the ceiling
- they simultaneously serve for ambient as well as main design ceiling lighting
- new sliding exterior glazed walls of the Slim Chicane system, which besides evoking the atmosphere of slender period glazing, enhance the elegance and design quality of the living space
- through triple glazing and thermal insulation properties of the frames, they also improve the comfort of the space

Spatial solutions
- emphasizing the horizontality of space through sensitive proportional division of claddings and materials
- opening and doubling the space using various types of strategically placed mirror claddings and depth of reflective surfaces
- elimination of the perception of long, linear direction of space – through designed perpendicular partitions and claddings
- utilization of ceilings as the third dimension of spatial depth
- utilization of purposefully designed various types of lighting
